Terms of Service
Customers using the services (hereinafter referred to as "this service") provided on the website "BETTER JOURNEY Official Online Store" (hereinafter referred to as "this site") operated by BETTER JOURNEY (hereinafter referred to as "our company") for product sales and various information provision, will use this service in accordance with the terms of use set forth below (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement").
Article 1 (General Provisions)

Article 2 (Use of the Service by Minors and Youths)
1. If the user is a minor, they must use this service with the consent of their parent or legal guardian.

Article 4 (Notification of Changes and Other Notifications)
1. Users must immediately notify the company if there are any changes to the address, name, email address, phone number, or any other information reported to the company.
2. Users agree that the company may contact them via mail, email, phone, or other means at the contact information (address, email address, or phone number) that the user has provided, to give notifications related to this service or for advertising and promotional purposes for campaigns related to this service.
Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights, etc.)
1. Users may not use any information or copyrighted materials obtained from this site without permission from us or the rights holders of such information or materials, except for private use as defined in Article 30 of the Copyright Act.
2. Copyrights related to this service (including rights specified in Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act, as well as rights granted in the future), trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights, as well as portrait rights and publicity rights (hereinafter referred to as "intellectual property rights, etc."), belong to us and other rights holders of intellectual property rights, etc., and users shall not dispute the existence of the rights of the rights holders.

Article 7 (Prohibited Matters)

(4) Acts that violate laws, regulations, or ordinances, or are contrary to public order and morals, or are likely to do so
(5) Acts of unauthorized use of this email address and password or other personal information, or allowing a third party to use them
(6) Resale of products purchased using this service in violation or likely violation of the National Livelihood Emergency Measures Act or other laws, regulations, or ordinances
(7) Acts that violate these terms or that our company deems inappropriate
Article 8 (Handling of Personal Information)
We will properly handle personal information of users obtained in connection with this service in accordance with the privacy policy separately specified by us.
Article 9 (Prohibition of Transfer)
Users may not assign, transfer, or otherwise succeed to this agreement or any rights, obligations, and claims under this agreement, nor may they use these as collateral.
Article 10 (Disclaimer)
1. We shall not be liable for any damages or disadvantages incurred by users due to the partial or total interruption of this service resulting from natural disasters, wars, terrorism, riots, the establishment or revision of laws, government ordinances, ministerial ordinances, regulations, or interventions or orders from government agencies, infectious diseases, power outages, communication line failures, computer issues, system maintenance, data loss, unauthorized access to data, transportation accidents, labor disputes, or any other reasons not attributable to us.
2. We shall not be liable for any damages or disadvantages incurred by users arising from the communication lines, computers, software, and other environments and maintenance that users use to access this service.
3. We shall not be liable for any damages or disadvantages incurred by users resulting from their violation of these terms.
4. If we are liable to users in connection with their use of this service, we shall compensate users only for the usual range and direct damages actually incurred, excluding cases caused by our intentional or gross negligence, and we shall not be liable for damages arising from special circumstances (including cases where the occurrence of damage was foreseen or could have been foreseen).
Article 11 (Regarding Unauthorized Use of Credit Cards)

Article 12 (Exchange, Repair, Refund, Cancellation, etc.)
Users cannot request cancellation, exchange, or refund of their orders for their own convenience (except in cases of non-conformity of the contract). In addition, the cooling-off period does not apply.
Article 13 (Matters of Agreement)
In the event of any matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions, or if any doubts arise regarding these terms, the user and our company shall make every effort to discuss and resolve the issue in good faith.
Article 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
1. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Japanese law.
2. We agree that any disputes arising from this agreement with users shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
